Cynthia Rerko
Cynthia Rerko's practice focuses on business reorganization, default
resolution, bankruptcy proceedings and financial transactions. Her clients
include financial institutions, indenture trustees, bondholders, real estate
investment trusts and chapter 11 trustees. Cynthia has extensive experience in
all aspects of bankruptcy litigation, out-of-court debt restructure and
pre-default planning.
